Take This is a mental health organization providing comprehensive resources and support that is tailored for the unique needs of the game development community and embraces the diverse cultures and issues of the gaming community.

Take This combines clinical best practice with a love of all things gamer by providing resources, training, and support individuals and companies that help the gaming community improve its mental well-being and resilience. The organization addresses the underlying conditions that can create and perpetuate mental health challenges: stigma, harmful studio culture, harassment and toxicity, lack of diversity and accessibility, and problematic game and community design.

Donations will be distributed to non-profits roughly six weeks after the month end of when the points were donated. Contributions to nonprofit organizations that are undeliverable will be given to a nonprofit of Microsoft’s choosing on your behalf. This could happen if the nonprofit no longer meets the participation criteria.
