$1 to Hispanic Heritage Foundation

The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) inspires, prepares and connects its Latinx network in four areas of focus: education, workforce, leadership and culture.

HHF programs have reached millions across the country and in Latin America through agile, creative, impactful, high profile, innovative programs.

Three of our showcase initiatives include the Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards (YAs) where we honor high-achieving Latinx high school seniors and tracked them throughout college and into successful careers in various fields through the award-winning LOFT workforce development and sourcing program. We also launched our Code as a Second Language (CSL) which is a national initiative to introduce and teach Latinx youth computer programming, provide tech career paths, build coding networks, and transform communities. The program has gone from a pilot seven years ago to more than 75 markets including rural and urban regions, Puerto Rico, and is expanding to Mexico City and Latin America reaching 100,000 young Latinos.

Donations will be distributed to non-profits roughly six weeks after the month end of when the points were donated. Contributions to nonprofit organizations that are undeliverable will be given to a nonprofit of Microsoft’s choosing on your behalf. This could happen if the nonprofit no longer meets the participation criteria.
