$5 to Women in Games International

WIGI is normalizing the inclusion, advancement, and retention of diversity in the global games industry by empowering women* to learn, grow, connect, and open doors they never thought possible.

Through knowledge sharing, access to technology, professional development workshops, and mentorship programs, WIGI works to normalize women, nonbinary, and femme-identifying professionals in the gaming industry by eliminating barriers and increasing access and opportunities for all.

WIG runs over 90 programs, workshops, panels, and initiatives annually, all of which are completely free of charge for all participants. We have developed content focused on the shared experiences of those championing change geared toward the inclusion, advancement, and retention of diverse candidates. Each dollar raised goes toward running these impactful programs. With your help, we can make the games industry a more inclusive space for everyone!

Donations will be distributed to non-profits roughly six weeks after the month end of when the points were donated. Contributions to nonprofit organizations that are undeliverable will be given to a nonprofit of Microsoft’s choosing on your behalf. This could happen if the nonprofit no longer meets the participation criteria.
