$3 to BLACK GIRLS ROCK!

BLACK GIRLS ROCK! is a global women’s empowerment movement and multi-faceted media, entertainment, digital, arts, philanthropic, and lifestyle brand committed to the empowerment of women and girls of color. Black Girls Rock! Inc. is the 501c3 non profit charitable division of the brand and provides direct mentoring services, to ensure the healthy positive identity development of girls in the African Diaspora. Black Girls Rock! Inc. provides a plethora of research-based and culturally relevant programs that focus on building leadership skills, civic engagement, creativity, media literacy, STEM and technology, entrepreneurship, and academic enrichment. Research has shown that our programs enhance girls self-esteem, confidence, work-ethic, self discipline, academic prowess, business acumen, creativity and overall commitment to excellence. We affirm, support and empower girls who desire to become the trailblazers of our future by providing them with the tools needed to help them find their voice, define their truth, own their agency and pursue their ambitions. BLACK GIRLS ROCK! participants become more dynamic leaders and altruistic individuals prepared to to lead, innovate and serve.

Donations will be distributed to non-profits roughly six weeks after the month end of when the points were donated. Contributions to nonprofit organizations that are undeliverable will be given to a nonprofit of Microsoft’s choosing on your behalf. This could happen if the nonprofit no longer meets the participation criteria.
