About

ISIDIMA Housing Development (NPC) is a Not-for-Profit Company dedicated to improving living conditions in South Africa. In the Western Cape, our focus is on restoring units that were established under the Integrated Serviced Land Programme (iSLP). Despite challenges to reaching its housing targets, like insufficient trained labour and inadequate infrastructure, the iSLP still showcased the importance of integrating education, health, economic and human development alongside housing initiatives for long-term results. Inspired by these learnings, ISIDIMA is committed to refurbishing the remaining units to create safe, comfortable, dignified homes where families can feel secure and thrive.

Microsoft partners with Benevity to facilitate its donations. Your points redemption activity will be deducted from your account immediately. Within six weeks after the end of the month in which you redeem your points, Microsoft will make a cash donation based on your redemption to a donor-advised fund at the Benevity UK Online Giving Foundation (OGF), with a recommendation that they make a corresponding grant to your selected nonprofit organization. OGF will take exclusive legal control of Microsoft's donation on your behalf. Donation redemptions are non-refundable. If your chosen nonprofit is not able to receive the donation (for example, if it no longer meets the participation criteria), or if the donation is otherwise undeliverable, the cash donation will be redirected to a nonprofit of Microsoft's choosing. Non-profits are not endorsed by Microsoft.
