Semper Fi & America's Fund

Semper Fi & America's Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides financial support and vital programming for injured and critically ill members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, and their families. We provide this through our three programs. Our Service Member and Family Support Program provides direct financial assistance for expenses that are most pressing during hospitalization and recovery. The program continues to offer specialized support to improve the lives of veterans and their families once they return home. Areas of assistance offered through this program include bedside support and adaptive housing, transportation, and equipment; help for Vietnam veterans, children, and caregivers; as well as relief in times of crisis, disaster, and emergency. Our Transition Program focuses on helping veterans connect with their communities by providing a wide range of education and career assistance, including our Apprenticeship Program, one-on-one mentorship, and opportunities to engage with fellow veterans. This program provides our veterans with the skills and resources needed to succeed in the next phases of their lives. Our Integrative Wellness Program applies a holistic approach to long-term health, providing tools to improve mind, body, and spirit. In addition to post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury support, we foster healing in a powerful and sustaining way through cutting-edge technologies, high-tech wellness devices, and our innovative NeuroFitness Program. Areas of assistance also include our Sports Program, Horsemanship Program, Canine Companion Program, and Therapeutic Arts and Music Program. Semper Fi & America's Fund's streamlined structure keeps overhead very low – only 7% since inception – because we realize every dollar saved can be put to better use elsewhere. We are one of three veteran charities to receive an "A+" rating from Charity Watch, and Charity Navigator has given us their highest rating of "Four Star" for ten consecutive years, a milestone achieved by only 2% of charities.

Microsoft partners with Benevity to facilitate its donations. Your points redemption activity will be deducted from your account immediately. Within six weeks after the end of the month in which you redeem your points, Microsoft will make a cash donation based on your redemption to a donor-advised fund at the Benevity UK Online Giving Foundation (OGF), with a recommendation that they make a corresponding grant to your selected nonprofit organization. OGF will take exclusive legal control of Microsoft's donation on your behalf. Donation redemptions are non-refundable. If your chosen nonprofit is not able to receive the donation (for example, if it no longer meets the participation criteria), or if the donation is otherwise undeliverable, the cash donation will be redirected to a nonprofit of Microsoft's choosing. Non-profits are not endorsed by Microsoft.
